Chair of Advot Fund
Dalit Meretz Vardi serves as Chair of Advot Fund, a philanthropic fund that works to advance health and wellbeing in Israeli society by expanding access to integrative medicine.
Alongside her role at Advot Fund, Dalit serves as Chief of People at Reality Group, where she leads the group’s human capital and organizational consulting activities. She brings a unique combination of legal background, organizational management experience, and a deep understanding of personal and organizational development.
Dalit holds an LL.B. degree, a master’s degree in organizational behavior and development from Reichman University and has training as an emotional therapist.
Managing Partner, Reality Equity
Dan Menachem is Managing Partner of Reality’s equity funds and has been part of Reality Group for more than 16 years. He leads the fund’s business development and asset realization activity. In his role, he is responsible for shaping the investment strategy, sourcing and leading transactions, managing acquisition and financing processes, and enhancing assets across a wide range of real estate sectors.
Dan brings extensive experience in leading complex real estate transactions totaling billions of shekels, across residential, office, retail, logistics, urban renewal, and land assets. Over the years, he has led significant strategic initiatives, creating value for investors, business partners, and the funds’ assets.
Dan holds a BA in business administration and real estate appraisal from the College of Management.
Partner, CEO, Reality Growth
CPA Edo Blecher is a Partner and CEO of Reality Growth and has been with the organization for 9 years. He leads the group’s GP Stakes platform, which focuses on investments in GP holdings of international real estate funds, primarily across the U.S. and Europe.
Edo holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Partner, CFO
CPA Edo Blecher is a Partner and CFO of Reality Group and has been with the organization for 9 years. He oversees the group’s financial activity, including capital management, investor relations, fundraising, financial control, investment strategy, and asset realization processes.
Prior to becoming CFO, Edo led Reality’s investor relations function and led fundraising processes, investor communications, and the management of the fund’s reporting and transparency framework.
Before joining Reality, Edo worked at BDO, where he managed teams of CPAs and interns in the technology and global operations practice.
Edo holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Managing Partner, Reality Debt
Adv. Moshe Hardi has advised Reality Group since its founding and serves as Managing Partner of Reality Debt. In his role, he leads the fund’s real estate debt activity and works closely with developers, banks, and investors on complex financing transactions.
Upon joining Reality, he was part of the establishment of the group’s first real estate debt fund. He brings extensive experience in real estate, with expertise in advising on and leading complex transactions, including some of the largest and most significant deals in the market.
Prior to joining Reality, Moshe spent more than 25 years at Herzog Fox & Neeman, where he began his career as an intern and qualified as a lawyer in 1997. Over the years, he served as a partner in the Real Estate Department and later as its Managing Partner, leading hundreds of real estate transactions across all sectors, including some of the largest and most complex in the field. Over the years, he also advised Reality Group on most of its real estate transactions.
Associate Partner, Head of Investor Relations
CPA Elie Moshe is an Associate Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Reality Group and has been with the organization for 5 years. In his role, he manages ongoing communication with the funds’ investors and supports capital raising processes.
Elie’s role combines financial, business, and real estate expertise with long-term relationship management and communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
Elie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Reichman University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Dalit Meretz Vardi is Chief of People at Reality Group, leading the group’s human capital and organizational consulting activities. In her role, she focuses on human capital development, organizational culture, and processes that support belonging, growth, and meaning within the workplace.
She brings a unique combination of legal background, organizational management experience, and a deep understanding of personal and organizational development. Her professional approach combines business thinking, organizational wellbeing, and a broad people-oriented perspective.
Dalit holds an LL.B. degree, a master’s degree in organizational behavior and development from Reichman University and has training as an emotional therapist.
CEO, Reality Equity
Adv. Omri Shilo is CEO of Reality Equity funds. In his role, he oversees Reality Equity’s overall activity, including broad business management and advising on complex, large-scale real estate transactions.
He brings extensive real estate and transaction experience. Before joining Reality, Omri spent 22 years at Fischer (FBC), where he advanced to Senior Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and later led the department, one of the largest and most active in Israel.
During his time at Fischer, he advised on and led a wide range of complex and high-profile real estate transactions.
ESG and Advot Fund Manager
Ori Nir-Winter is ESG and Advot Fund Manager at Reality Group and has been with the organization for 5 years. In her role, she leads the group’s corporate responsibility efforts and manages Advot Fund, the philanthropic fund of Reality’s founding families, which works to advance health and wellbeing in Israeli society by expanding access to integrative medicine.
Prior to joining Reality, Ori managed the philanthropic internship program of the Rothschild Foundation and Aluma, which evolved under her leadership into a national program of the Council for Higher Education.
Ori studied design at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and previously served as CEO of The Interdisciplinary Center for Design and Architecture.
Partner, Executive VP, Reality Debt
Real estate appraiser and economist Yoni Michavi is a Partner and Executive VP at Reality Debt and has been with the organization for 5 years. In his role, he is responsible for the fund’s financial operations and the management of invested capital in its financing activity.
He brings senior management experience across finance and real estate, with expertise in leading complex, large-scale transactions and managing international operations, including in Eastern Europe.
Before joining Reality Group, Yoni spent 15 years at Gazit Globe Israel, where he held senior management positions, including Head of the Economic Department and VP Business Development, and later Deputy CEO and CFO. In these roles, he led large-scale acquisition and disposition transactions and managed operations in Eastern Europe.
Yoni holds a B.A. and an M.Sc. He served in the IDF for eight years and was discharged with the rank of Captain.
Partner, Deputy CEO, Reality Equity
Real estate appraiser Shay Zfadia is a Partner and Deputy CEO at Reality Equity and has been with the organization for 15 years. In his role, he leads the group’s professional department and oversees professional real estate processes, including valuations, transaction analysis, feasibility analyses, acquisitions, and value-enhancement processes.
He brings broad knowledge and expertise in the real estate market, with experience in advising on and analyzing complex real estate transactions.
Shay holds a BA in Business Administration, a Master of Laws from Bar-Ilan University, and certification in real estate appraisal from Israel Academic College.
Partner, VP Credit, Reality Debt
Zvi Rettig is a Partner and VP Credit at Reality Debt and has been with the organization for 5 years. In his role, he is responsible for credit analysis and financing processes for real estate transactions, including reviewing financing applications, supporting complex financing transactions, and managing credit processes.
Before joining Reality Group, Zvi spent 12 years at Bank Leumi, where he managed relationships with some of Israel’s largest and most recognized real estate companies. In this role, he handled complex financing transactions across land financing, income-producing assets, residential projects, combination transactions, urban renewal, and syndication transactions.
Zvi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration and a master’s degree in economics, specializing in finance and banking, from Bar-Ilan University.
Chief of Project Management, Reality Equity
Architect and urban planner Aviad Mor serves as Chief of Project Management at Reality Equity Funds, leading the planning aspects of the funds’ assets throughout each asset’s lifecycle, from its entry into Reality through to realization. In his role, he advances planning processes with public authorities and planning bodies, leads large-scale projects, and supports the enhancement of urban spaces.
He brings 19 years of experience in the public sector in senior planning and management roles, including at the Netanya Municipality and the Holon Municipality as City Architect, Deputy and Acting City Engineer, and City Engineer of Holon. In these roles, he led large-scale strategic planning processes, advanced tens of thousands of residential units, promoted the development of employment and commercial areas, and oversaw significant urban renewal initiatives.
Aviad holds a B.Arch degree and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Credit Committee Member
Michal Kaspi is a Credit Committee Member at Reality Debt Fund. A certified real estate appraiser and senior executive in finance and real estate, she brings more than 30 years of experience in senior management roles across banking, financing, and real estate development.
Throughout her career, Michal has held key positions in the financial and real estate sectors, including Head of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Division within the Business Division of Discount Bank, Head of Appraisal at Bank Leumi, and VP Business Development at Meshulam Levinstein Group.
Today, she leads Kaspi Shapira Financial Consulting and Real Estate Appraisal, a company she owns, and serves as a director in public companies.
Partner, Business Development Manager
Yehuda Granas is a Partner and Business Development Manager at Reality Group and has been with the organization for 10 years. In his role, he leads the group’s business development activity, with a focus on identifying, establishing, and leading ventures that combine commercial growth with social and environmental values.
He brings extensive experience in building and leading ventures that generate both financial returns and positive social and environmental impact.
Yehuda holds a BA in behavioral sciences from Ruppin Academic Center, as well as certificates in group facilitation and positive psychology.
Partner, Business Development and Head of the Initiation Department, Reality Equity
Adv. Michael Haim is a Partner in Business Development and Head of the Initiation Department at Reality Equity. In his role, he leads Reality’s initiation and business development activities, including complex real estate transactions, planning processes, asset enhancement, urban renewal projects, and work with local authorities, planning bodies, landowners, and business partners.
Throughout his 11 years at Reality, Michael has held key roles in asset management, business development, planning, and the management of the group’s major projects. He brings broad experience across real estate development, business development, planning, and the management of complex projects, alongside a deep familiarity with the group’s activity, including asset management and GP investments.
Michael holds an LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University and completed his legal internship at Agmon.
VP Investment & Business Development, Reality Growth
CPA Ofer Shainberg serves as VP Investment & Business Development at Reality Growth. In his role, he leads investment and business development processes as part of the group’s international GP Stakes activity.
He brings senior leadership experience across global investment platforms, public companies, multinational companies, and high-tech companies, with expertise in strategy, growth, investments, M&A, capital raising, and cross-border activity.
Most recently, Ofer was part of the leadership team of the Jesselson Family Office. Prior to that, he held senior business and finance roles in global organizations and publicly listed companies.
Ofer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting, an MBA in finance, and an LL.M. in law from Bar-Ilan University.
